The Missouri Valley Jet Scramble

August 6, 7, & 8, 1999

Ahhhh...what a great relaxing time we had in Tecumseh, NE. (Yes it is in Nebraska). Flying was from the local full size airport, with plenty of hard surface to play on. This was the first event they've had there, with a decent first time turn-out of around 25-30 pilots. Needless to say, you could get in as much flying as you wanted....I think I had 9-10 flights myself. Lots of goodies were given out, and awards (very neat design, as they had photos of the award winner's plane and himself incorporated in them) were handed out by the town Mayor no less. We'll definitely be back next year.
