(Flights)

These are pictures and movies of the FancyFoam Sukhoi SU-29 in flight... and will get updated from time to time. In order from oldest to newest, top to bottom. The first images and movie clips were taken on November 6th, 2004 while my son had his camera in town for me to borrow (need to do something about that!).

MOVIE CLIPS

(These movies were produced using Microsoft's Movie Maker 2.1. This allows me to bring multiple short clips together with titles and music if desired. The 150Kbps size may run better on slower computers, and are quite a bit smaller than the 340Kbs versions without loosing much quality. If you have a fast computer and connection, get the 340Kbps version... otherwise try the 150Kbps. If you have trouble viewing these by directly clicking on the link, try right-clicking on the link, choose save to disk, and play the video ouside the browser.)

11/06/2004 - Flight #22... the first time I've had a camera to use. Jeff Paul was my official movie cameraman, while I flew the model. Some 3D action... hovering, torque-rolling, lots of harriers, a couple spins, and general playing around. The more I fly this model, the lower to the ground I'm willing to try these things. Most of my hovering is still 20-30 feet in the air. That will come down and I'll be touching tail before long. The purpose of this model is to learn 3D without much fear of crashing. At some point late in the clip, Jeff asked me if I was having any fun... YOU BET!!!
320x240 - 5:10 minutes (150Kbps - 5.8MB) (340Kbps 13.3MB)
